Michael and Rebecca
Holland were married in1981 and understand the struggles of
putting a marriage back together as they almost divorced in 1990.
Rebecca is a licensed counselor and has been in the mental
health/social service field since 1993. Michael comes from a teaching
background having taught in APS and Rio Rancho since 1990.

Mike Gibson is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and is retired from the N.M. State Police. Married to his wife Dawn for over 30 years; Mike gives credit to his wife and his personal faith – “It’s what keeps our marriage strong!” Mike has a B.S. in Justice Management and 24 years of State and Federal Law Enforcement. Salazar - Youth Educator |

Ashley has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of New
Mexico majoring in
Public Relations, Sociology and American Studies. She has extensive
experience working with teenagers in youth groups and in schools. "I
believe that if you show teenagers that you really believe in them,
they will start believing in themselves" - and that is her goal
as our youth educator. |
