Michael and Rebecca Holland have been married for 26 years and understand the struggles of putting a marriage back together, as they almost divorced 17 years ago. Rebecca is a licensed counselor and has been in the mental health/social service field for 14 years. Michael comes from a teaching background having taught in APS and Rio Rancho for 17 years.

Mike Gibson is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and is retired from the N.M. State Police. Married to his wife Dawn for 29 years; Mike gives credit to his wife and his personal faith – “It’s what keeps our marriage strong!” Mike has a B.S. in Justice Management and 24 years of State and Federal Law Enforcement.

Leonie Oliva left a successful career as one of England’s premier Town Planners with experience in coordinating events, and providing logistics for various projects. In 2006 she moved to N.M. with her husband. Her passion is to see marriages and families flourish, and become positive role models. Leonie has a B.S. in Human Geography.
